SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING

We’ve partnered with Spain’s Tecam Group to implement regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) in our manufacturing process. This technology boosts heat recovery and operates with minimal fuel use, highlighting our crucial focus on energy conservation.

Our solvent-free lamination process substantiates our commitment to clean manufacturing. With no need for paint thinners, this operation reduces VOC emissions and, by allowing the curing of adhesives at room temperature, significantly saves electrical energy.

Recyclable Spout Pouch

We proudly announce our latest innovation: the environmentally-friendly recyclable spout pouch. After rigorous collaboration and overcoming diverse challenges, we’ve crafted a pouch that rivals traditional materials in durability and protection. Our spout pouches, made from mono-materials, PP, and PE, are within the recyclable codes No.4 and No.5, posing a sustainable alternative for packaging food and household chemicals.
